My client brief for this master bedroom and bathroom refurbishment was to create a timeless, calm, elegantly warm and comfortable retreat.  A Jane Churchill wallpaper with a subtle textured sheen was selected as a neutral backdrop to a colour palette of soft dusky pinks and rich aubergines. 

Customised bedsides and dressing table from Charlotte James furniture, with drawers inlaid in silk, table lamps from Bella Figura and Porta Romana, and a Julian Chichester console and full length mirror added to the understated layered luxury of this scheme. 

These hues were further translated through to the en-suite bathroom. 

Warm smoked bronze Dornbracht hardware, a solid cast bronze bath side table and a bespoke vanity unit, painted in Zoffany Pheasant, brought further subtle cohesion to this master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
