This project involved the complete renovation and project management of an 1820s Victorian townhouse, including a new two-story extension, an enlarged basement, and a large, fully opening glass structure at ground floor level.

The brief for a warm yet contemporary "Scandi" style was achieved through a carefully curated selection of soft furnishings, layered textures, oversized statement lighting, contemporary pieces, and slightly rustic artworks.

Natural linens, textured fabrics, Berber rugs, and exposed painted brickwork were successfully juxtaposed with the client’s interesting Asian artifacts, collected over many years of living and travelling through Asia.

The resulting effect of combining old and new within this family home was a great success, with each area expressing individuality and style.
